We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Counsel Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a corporate legal environment, preferably in the education sector.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Corporate Counsel in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conduct legal research and provide support in analyzing and interpreting laws and regulations
- Maintain and organize legal files and documents
- Assist in preparing for and attending meetings and negotiations with external parties
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Counsel as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a corporate legal environment
- Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to education is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
