Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Counsel Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and legal support to our Corporate Counsel in the Information Technology industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Corporate Counsel in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Maintain and organize legal files and documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for review
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for legal matters
- Assist in managing corporate governance and compliance matters
- Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents with government agencies
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Counsel as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a legal support role, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
