Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Event Planner to join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and a strong background in organizing corporate events within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events such as conferences, seminars, networking events, and client appreciation events
- Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas in line with the company's objectives and brand identity
- Source and liaise with vendors, venues, and other event partners to ensure seamless execution of events
- Manage event budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their event requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure the success of events and gather feedback for future improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in corporate event planning within the financial services industry
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
