We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Responsibility Operations Manager to join our team in Al Ain within the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and operational management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate responsibility strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and values
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of corporate responsibility programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable business practices
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the corporate responsibility department, including budget management and reporting
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to corporate responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Identify and pursue opportunities for continuous improvement in corporate responsibility practices
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our corporate responsibility efforts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, or related field
- Strong knowledge of corporate responsibility best practices and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Experience in project management and budget oversight
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
