Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Responsibility Operations Manager to join our team in the Aerospace and Defense sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing corporate responsibility initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and fostering a culture of sustainability and social accountability within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for driving positive change in the community and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Development and Management:
- Design, implement, and manage corporate responsibility programs aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of corporate responsibility initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate corporate responsibility into business operations and decision-making processes.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community groups.
- Represent the organization at community events, conferences, and meetings to promote corporate responsibility initiatives and gather feedback.

3. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations related to corporate responsibility, environmental sustainability, and social governance.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on corporate responsibility performance and initiatives.

4. Sustainability Initiatives:
- Lead initiatives aimed at reducing the company's environmental footprint, such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainable sourcing.
- Promote and facilitate employee engagement in sustainability practices and community service.

5. Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees about corporate responsibility, sustainability practices, and ethical business conduct.
- Foster a culture of corporate responsibility within the organization by encouraging employee participation in initiatives and volunteer opportunities.

6. Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in corporate responsibility and sustainability.
- Analyze company data and community needs to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities for corporate responsibility initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, or a related field, preferably within the Aerospace and Defense sector.
- Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility frameworks, sustainability practices, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
