Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Corporate Responsibility Operations Manager to lead and enhance our corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives within the Transportation and Logistics sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our operations align with our commitment to sustainable practices, community engagement, and ethical standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Develop and implement the corporate responsibility strategy in alignment with the company's overall business goals.
- Identify opportunities for CSR initiatives that enhance community welfare and environmental sustainability within the transportation and logistics sector.

2. Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of CSR projects, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to integrate CSR practices across all operations and functions.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and industry partners.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and outreach programs to promote CSR awareness and participation among employees and stakeholders.

4. Reporting and Compliance:
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CSR initiatives, utilizing relevant metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to corporate responsibility, sustainability, and ethical practices.

5. Sustainability Initiatives:
- Drive sustainability initiatives that focus on reducing the environmental impact of transportation and logistics operations.
- Promote practices such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainable sourcing within the supply chain.

6. Community Engagement:
- Develop and implement community engagement programs that foster positive relationships and support local development.
- Lead volunteer initiatives and encourage employee participation in community service activities.

7. Training and Development:
- Design and conduct training programs aimed at enhancing employee understanding and involvement in CSR efforts.
- Act as a subject matter expert on corporate responsibility and sustainability practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, or operations management, preferably in the transportation and logistics sector.
- Strong understanding of CSR frameworks, sustainability principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage projects, lead teams, and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to evaluate CSR performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
