We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Corporate Trainer Assistant in our manufacturing company based in Abu Dhabi. The Corporate Trainer Assistant will work closely with the Corporate Trainer to develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and resources for training sessions
- Conduct research to support the development of training programs
- Evaluate training programs and gather feedback from participants to make improvements
- Maintain training records and documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
