Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Corporate Trainer Assistant to support our training initiatives within the Transportation and Logistics sector. This role involves assisting in the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of adult learning principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Support:
- Assist in the design and development of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with trainers to prepare for training sessions, ensuring all materials and resources are ready and available.

2. Facilitation Assistance:
- Support lead trainers during training sessions by managing logistics, including setting up equipment, distributing materials, and ensuring a conducive learning environment.
- Engage participants during training sessions, addressing questions and facilitating discussions where appropriate.

3. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, participant feedback, and assessment results.
- Assist in scheduling training sessions and coordinating with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

4. Evaluation and Feedback:
- Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with trainers to make necessary adjustments to training content based on participant feedback and learning outcomes.

5. Research and Development:
- Stay informed about industry trends, training methodologies, and best practices in transportation and logistics.
- Conduct research to identify gaps in knowledge and skills within the organization and suggest relevant training programs.

6. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with participants, trainers, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the communication of training opportunities and benefits to employees across the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate training environment preferred, ideally within the transportation and logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
