Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cost Accountant to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. As a Cost Accountant in the construction industry, you will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring our company's costs and expenses related to construction projects. You will work closely with project managers and financial teams to ensure accurate cost accounting and budgeting.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze project costs and expenses to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Work with project managers to develop project budgets and monitor actual costs against budgets
- Prepare cost reports and analysis for management review
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
