We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The Cost Accountant will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on financial data related to the cost of production in the agriculture industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, cost analysis, and agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze production costs and identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain cost accounting records and reports
- Develop and implement cost control measures
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- [X] years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
