We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Operations Manager to join our retail team in Dubai. The Creative Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the creative department, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the creative department, including project planning, resource allocation, and workflow management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines
- Develop and implement processes to streamline project delivery and improve efficiency
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and address any operational challenges or roadblocks that may arise
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to project delivery and team performance
- Mentor and support creative team members to help them grow and develop in their roles

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
