We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Credit Analyst Assistant in our Real Estate department based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Credit Analyst in conducting financial analysis and risk assessments for potential real estate investments
- Review and analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documentation
- Assist in preparing credit proposals and reports for presentation to senior management
- Monitor and track the performance of existing real estate investments
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for credit analysis
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and regulations affecting the real estate industry
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Credit Analyst

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in real estate finance or credit analysis is a plus
- Less than 8 years of relevant work experience
