We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Criminal Justice Instructor Assistant. This position is based in Dubai and will involve supporting the Criminal Justice Instructor in delivering high-quality education and training to students pursuing a career in the field of criminal justice.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Criminal Justice Instructor in preparing and delivering lectures, presentations, and workshops on various topics related to criminal justice.
- Provide support to students by answering questions, providing feedback on assignments, and offering guidance on coursework.
- Assist in developing and updating course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Help in organizing field trips, guest lectures, and other educational activities to enhance students' learning experience.
- Monitor students' progress and performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in grading assignments, exams, and other assessments in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the criminal justice program.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Criminology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in the field of criminal justice or a related area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of current trends and issues in the field of criminal justice.
- Previous experience in teaching or training is preferred but not required.
