We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all customer care operations within our agriculture company, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
- Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes
- Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner
- Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer care team
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer care operations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in customer care operations, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
