We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Manager to oversee the operations of our retail data center in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing data center operations, ensuring the security and reliability of the infrastructure, and implementing best practices to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the data center, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring uptime
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and infrastructure from cyber threats
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or emergencies
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain network infrastructure, servers, storage systems, and other hardware components
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for data center services and equipment
- Train and mentor data center staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to effectively manage the infrastructure
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve data center operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- [Number] years of experience in data center management, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of data center technologies, including server virtualization, storage systems, and network infrastructure
- Experience implementing security measures and disaster recovery plans
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
