We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Management Manager to join our healthcare organization based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management and utilization of data within the organization to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data management policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
- Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data to support business operations and decision-making.
- Lead a team of data analysts and coordinators to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement data management systems and tools.
- Monitor and report on data usage and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, such as HIPAA and GDPR.
- Develop and maintain data governance frameworks to guide data management practices.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues through data cleansing and validation processes.
- Train staff on data management best practices and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Information Management.
