### Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Management Manager to lead our data management initiatives in the Transportation and Logistics sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing data governance, data quality, and data integration strategies to support our operational and strategic objectives. This role demands a strong understanding of data analytics, data architecture, and database management, coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Data Governance: Develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Data Quality Management: Establish data quality standards and metrics, and monitor data quality across all systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and rectify data discrepancies.

- Data Integration: Design and oversee data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow between various systems and platforms within the organization.

- Team Leadership: Lead a team of data analysts and data specialists. Provide guidance and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to understand data needs and provide insights that support decision-making processes.

- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights and performance metrics.

- Project Management: Manage data-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Utilize project management methodologies to track progress and outcomes.

- Technology Implementation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data management. Evaluate and recommend data management tools and software to enhance organizational capabilities.

- Training & Awareness: Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote data literacy across the organization and ensure all staff understand the importance of data management practices.

### Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a related field, preferably within the Transportation and Logistics industry.

- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality management, and data integration techniques.

- Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., SQL, ETL tools, data visualization software).

- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards related to data management.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

### Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with big data technologies and cloud-based data solutions.

- Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations and metrics.

- Certification in data management or relevant data analysis qualifications (e.g., CDMP, CAP).
