We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Processing Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data processing, analysis, and management, with a focus on ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and security of data within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the data processing operations within the organization, ensuring data is collected, processed, and stored accurately and securely
- Develop and implement data processing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Manage a team of data processing specialists, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify data processing needs and develop solutions to improve data management processes
- Monitor and analyze data processing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Maintain data integrity and security measures to protect sensitive information and prevent data breaches
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in data processing technology to recommend and implement new tools and systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in data processing and management
- Proven experience in leading a team of data processing specialists
- Strong knowledge of data processing software and tools, such as SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of Aerospace and Defense industry regulations and standards is a plus
