We are seeking a qualified and experienced Daycare Teacher to join our team in Sharjah, within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and providing a safe and nurturing environment for their growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the daycare facility
- Provide a safe and caring environment for all children in your care
- Monitor and assess each child's development and progress
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities and progress
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a positive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a daycare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of child development and early education principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
