We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Daycare Worker to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Daycare Worker will be responsible for overseeing and caring for children of construction workers on site, ensuring their safety, well-being, and engagement in age-appropriate activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's physical, emotional, and social development
- Maintain a clean and organized daycare space
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures
- Assist with meal and snack preparation and feeding as necessary
- Provide basic first aid and comfort to children as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of child development and behavior management techniques
- First aid certification is a plus
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
