Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Worker to join our team in Dubai's dynamic Transportation and Logistics sector. As a Daycare Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children whose parents are engaged in the logistics and transportation industry. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and development of the children in your care while fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Child Supervision: Oversee the daily activities of children aged 6 months to 6 years, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Educational Activities: Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment by adhering to relevant health and safety regulations. Regularly perform safety checks on toys, equipment, and facilities.
- Behavior Management: Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to manage behavior and resolve conflicts among children, fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.
- Communication with Parents: Engage with parents and guardians to provide updates on their children's progress, activities, and any concerns that may arise.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, incidents, and developmental progress, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other daycare staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment, participating in staff meetings and training sessions.
- Crisis Management: Be prepared to handle emergencies and unexpected situations calmly and effectively, following established protocols.
- Cultural Awareness: Respect and incorporate the diverse cultural backgrounds of children and families into the daycare programs and activities.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting.
- Certifications: First Aid and CPR certification; Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.

Working Conditions:
