We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Dealership Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the transportation and logistics industry, with a proven track record of success in managing dealership operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, service, finance, and administration
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Lead and motivate a team of sales, service, and administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage inventory levels and pricing strategies to maximize profitability
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the dealership and increase brand awareness
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on dealership performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, transportation and logistics, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in dealership management, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management software
