We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dealership Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our consumer goods dealership in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations management, with a proven track record of driving profitability and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient stock control and rotation
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to staff as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and operations management within the consumer goods industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve results
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
