We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dealership Operations Manager to join our manufacturing company in Dubai. The Dealership Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve dealership objectives and targets
- Manage and oversee all dealership operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
- Lead and motivate a team of sales, service, parts, and finance professionals to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Manage inventory levels and pricing strategies to maximize profitability
- Prepare and present regular reports on dealership performance to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in dealership operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
