We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dealership Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our dealership network in the agriculture industry. You will work closely with dealerships to ensure the successful implementation of programs and initiatives to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement dealership operations programs and initiatives to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with dealership partners to establish goals and objectives for program implementation
- Monitor and analyze dealership performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
- Provide training and support to dealership staff on program implementation and best practices
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of programs and initiatives
- Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations of dealership operations to track progress and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field
