We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dealership Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. As a key member of our Real Estate dealership, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of dealership operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement dealership operations programs and strategies to optimize performance and drive profitability.
- Oversee daily operations of the dealership, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication across departments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
- Lead and mentor a team of dealership staff to ensure high levels of motivation, engagement, and performance.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in dealership operations management, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing dealership operations and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.
- Knowledge of Dubai's Real Estate market and regulations is preferred.
