We are seeking a skilled and experienced Deck Supervisor to join our agricultural team in Dubai. The Deck Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our agricultural deck, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.

Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of deckhands and agricultural workers
- Ensure that all planting, harvesting, and maintenance tasks are carried out in a timely manner
- Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and coordinate repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, production, and employee hours
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and best practices
- Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing support and guidance to current team members
- Work closely with management to develop and implement strategies for improving productivity and efficiency

Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the agriculture industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment and machinery
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in agriculture
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field preferred
