We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deck Supervisor to join our team in Dubai within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deck operations and a proven track record of successfully leading teams in offshore environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate deck operations on offshore platforms, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of deck equipment and structures.
- Manage and lead a team of deck crew members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and report on deck activities, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and project delivery.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the energy industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of deck operations and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging environments.
- Valid offshore certifications and licenses.
