Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Deckhand to join our team in Sharjah within the Financial Services industry. The Deckhand will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and operation of the vessel, ensuring the safety and security of passengers and crew, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the daily operations of the vessel, including mooring, anchoring, and navigating
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the deck and common areas
- Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and any other needs
- Monitor and maintain safety equipment and emergency procedures
- Assist in the loading and unloading of cargo
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on the vessel, such as painting and cleaning
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and crew members
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Deckhand preferred
- Knowledge of basic seamanship and boat handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
