We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our delivery services within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize delivery operations and ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Manage a team of delivery drivers and coordinators, providing leadership, guidance, and support
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial products and services to clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve overall delivery performance
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with industry regulations
- Analyze delivery data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Manage budget and resources effectively to meet delivery targets and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivery operations, preferably within the financial services industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to delivery operations in Dubai
