We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Operations Manager to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery operations of our IT projects and ensuring the successful delivery of products and services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the delivery operations of IT projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services
- Develop and implement delivery processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and track project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery within scope and on schedule
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project status
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery operations and meet client expectations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in delivery operations management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in project management or delivery operations in the IT industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
