Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Delivery Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Delivery Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of educational programs to our clients in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality programs on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement project plans for the delivery of educational programs
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful program delivery
- Monitor program progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on program status and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education sector
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
