Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Truck Driver to join our team in the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of construction materials, furniture, and other essential items to various project sites and properties throughout Dubai. This position requires a strong understanding of local traffic laws, excellent navigation skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a delivery truck to transport materials and equipment to various real estate sites across Dubai.
- Load and unload items as needed, ensuring that all materials are securely placed and transported without damage.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including logs, receipts, and other documentation.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, site supervisors, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and requirements.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or accidents immediately to management.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by being courteous and professional at all times.
- Stay updated on local routes and traffic patterns to ensure the most efficient delivery process.

Qualifications:

- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience driving delivery trucks in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s roadways and neighborhoods.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to adhere to tight schedules.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items as required.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is a plus.
