We are seeking a skilled and experienced Demolition Worker to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Demolition Worker will be responsible for safely and efficiently demolishing structures as part of our property development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate demolition equipment such as jackhammers, bulldozers, and excavators
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the job site
- Remove debris and waste materials from demolition sites
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to coordinate demolition schedules
- Maintain and inspect demolition equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Assist with site clean-up and preparation for new construction projects
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Demolition Worker or similar role
- Knowledge of proper demolition techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to operate a variety of demolition equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical strength and stamina to perform the duties of the job
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with others
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in demolition or related field
- Experience working in the Real Estate industry
- Bilingual in English and Arabic
