Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dermatology Technician to join our dynamic team in Dubai's manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting dermatological operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our manufacturing processes related to dermatological products. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the manufacturing and quality assurance of dermatological products, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Perform various dermatological procedures under the supervision of licensed dermatologists or healthcare professionals, including skin assessments and sample collections.
- Maintain accurate records of procedures, patient interactions, and product specifications in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of dermatological equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, research and development, and production, to streamline processes and enhance product quality.
- Provide informative and compassionate patient care, addressing any questions or concerns regarding dermatological treatments and products.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dermatology and manufacturing practices to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support training and orientation for new staff members and assist in educational programs as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Science, Nursing, or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience as a Dermatology Technician or in a related role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of dermatological procedures, skin biology, and manufacturing practices related to dermatology.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards, such as ISO, GMP, and other compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using various dermatological and laboratory equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Certification as a Dermatology Technician or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting, particularly in the production of dermatological or cosmetic products.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and quality assurance practices.
