We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As the Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all design aspects related to transportation and logistics projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that design concepts are executed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement design strategies to meet project objectives and deadlines
- Lead a team of designers and collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and accuracy
- Conduct research and analysis to identify design trends and best practices in the transportation and logistics industry
- Create detailed design plans, drawings, and specifications
- Review and approve design deliverables to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to support design implementation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in design management within the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of design software and tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proven track record of delivering successful design projects on time and within budget
