We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design operations within our energy company, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the design team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement design processes and best practices to improve efficiency and quality

Requirements:
