We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Design Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of healthcare projects from conception to completion. This individual will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage project schedules and deadlines, ensuring that milestones are achieved
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review and approve design plans, ensuring they meet project specifications and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- [X] years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare design
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- PMP certification is a plus
