We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Diesel Engine Specialist Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diesel engines and a passion for aviation technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Diesel Engine Specialist in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines used in aerospace and defense applications
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on diesel engines, including changing oil, filters, and spark plugs
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving engine performance issues
- Conduct inspections and tests on engines to ensure they meet safety and quality standards
- Keep detailed records of engine maintenance and repairs
- Assist in researching and implementing new technologies and techniques in diesel engine maintenance
Requirements:
- At least 2-4 years of experience working with diesel engines, preferably in an aerospace or defense setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to diesel engine maintenance
