Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Producer to join our dynamic healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of digital content strategies. This role involves the production, management, and distribution of engaging multimedia content aimed at educating and informing our audience about our healthcare services, initiatives, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality digital content across various formats, including articles, blogs, videos, infographics, podcasts, and social media posts that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand voice.

- Project Management: Oversee multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, healthcare professionals, and IT, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

- Strategy Development: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy that enhances our online presence, increases audience engagement, and drives traffic to our platforms.

- SEO Optimization: Apply best practices in SEO to enhance the visibility of our content. Conduct keyword research, optimize web content, and monitor analytics to make data-driven decisions for content improvements.

- Audience Engagement: Utilize social media and other digital platforms to engage with our audience, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction. Monitor feedback and adjust content strategies accordingly.

- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all content adheres to healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and internal guidelines. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital marketing practices.

- Performance Analysis: Analyze content performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve content effectiveness. Use analytics tools to track engagement, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.

- Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals to gather insights, data, and stories that can be transformed into compelling content. Build relationships with external partners, including influencers and industry experts, to enhance content reach.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in digital content production, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of creating engaging and effective digital content.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
