We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing operations within the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention for the energy products and services
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engine marketing, and display advertising
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
- Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and identify opportunities for innovation and growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
