We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing within the financial services industry and possess a proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention in the financial services sector
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine marketing, and display advertising
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using metrics and KPIs to optimize results and drive ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of digital marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics
- Manage budget allocation and resource planning for digital marketing programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
