We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Admissions Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the retail sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in admissions and customer service, with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Admissions in managing all aspects of the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment
- Coordinate and schedule campus tours and information sessions for prospective students and families
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and provide information about the admissions process, programs, and services offered
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all admissions inquiries, applications, and decisions
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract prospective students
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless transition for admitted students
- Attend recruitment events and represent the institution to prospective students and families

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in admissions or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in a retail environment is a plus
