Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Admissions Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Director of Admissions in the manufacturing industry. The primary role of the Director of Admissions Assistant is to support the admissions process by providing administrative and logistical support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Admissions in managing the admissions process for new students
- Coordinate communication with prospective students, including responding to inquiries and providing information about the program
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and campus tours for prospective students
- Maintain accurate records of applicant information and update the admissions database
- Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events, such as job fairs and open houses
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth admissions process for incoming students
- Assist in preparing and analyzing admissions reports and data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum [random number] years of experience in admissions or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and admissions software
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus
