We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Operations Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management within the aerospace and defense industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Operations in overseeing day-to-day operations of the organization
- Manage and coordinate operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize performance and achieve business objectives
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on operational performance and key initiatives
- Support the Director of Operations in budget planning and resource allocation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- [X] years of experience in operations management, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and process improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
