We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Manager Assistant to join our healthcare distribution team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, inventory management, and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Distribution Manager in coordinating and monitoring the distribution of medical supplies and equipment to various healthcare facilities in Dubai
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
- Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze distribution data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Provide administrative support to the Distribution Manager as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in distribution operations, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus
