We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Distribution Manager Assistant in the Information Technology sector. The ideal candidate will assist the Distribution Manager in coordinating and overseeing the distribution of IT products to customers in Dubai and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of distribution strategies to meet customer demand and maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to ensure accurate and on-time delivery
- Assist in managing distribution budgets and expenses
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Support the Distribution Manager in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the distribution process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in distribution or logistics, preferably in the Information Technology sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory management software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
