We are seeking a talented and experienced Distribution Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The Distribution Manager will be responsible for overseeing the distribution of IT products and services to our clients in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement distribution strategies to meet company objectives
- Manage and coordinate the distribution of IT products and services to clients
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and plan distribution accordingly
- Evaluate and select distribution partners and negotiate contracts
- Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
- Analyze distribution data and prepare reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in distribution management, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of distribution processes and logistics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and distribution software
