We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Distribution Manager to oversee the distribution operations of a pharmaceutical company based in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distribution management within the pharmaceutical industry and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement distribution strategies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical products to customers
- Manage and optimize distribution networks to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to distribution and transportation of pharmaceutical products
- Lead and motivate a team of distribution staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to coordinate distribution activities and meet customer demands
- Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance distribution processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and distribution management software
