We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Operations Manager to join our retail team in Dubai. The Distribution Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our distribution center, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products to our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipping of products in the distribution center
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Coordinate with suppliers and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Manage a team of distribution staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed
- Implement and enforce safety and quality control standards in the distribution center
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
